mitnickEd Mitnick is an experienced employment and labor attorney specializing in the areas of employment litigation, labor relations, legal training and alternative dispute resolution. In addition to his work with Brodeur-McGan, P.C., Ed has his own consulting firm, Just Training Solutions, LLC, in which he provides effective employment training, consulting, and investigative services to employers throughout the United States.

Previously, Ed served as a Hearing Officer for the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD). Consequently, he is very familiar with recent legal developments in the area of employment law. His decisions were regularly published in the Massachusetts Discrimination Law Reporter (MDLR) and Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly.

Ed also worked as a legal trainer for the Chicago firm of Seyfarth Shaw at Work, and as an attorney in the labor and employment firm of Sheridan & Sheridan, LLP, in South Hadley, MA. He also served as City Solicitor for the City of Holyoke, MA.

Ed has provided training workshops to employers throughout the US; litigated complex cases in the federal and state courts; and represented employers in numerous labor and employment matters including negotiations, arbitrations, and mediations. Ed was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar and to United States District Court in 1985.
