MontagnaDaniel Montagna graduated Cum Laude from Western New England College School of Law in 2010. Prior to attending law school, Dan matriculated at Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, where he received his Bachelor's degree in History.

While in law school, Dan was fortunate to have enjoyed many experiences in and out of the classroom that helped build the skills he uses every day in his practice. As a member of the Western New England Law Review, Dan honed his writing talents while producing and editing articles and notes. During a semester serving under the Honorable Vanessa Bryant in the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, Dan learned how to approach a case from a jurist's perspective while drafting opinions and memoranda for the Judge and her clerks. In his final year of law school, Dan found his calling in civil litigation while clerking at the Springfield firm Bacon Wilson, P.C.

A third-generation Springfieldian, Dan grew up in Sixteen Acres the youngest of five children. After a short time away for his undergraduate studies, He is happy to be living and working in the City of Homes.

Dan is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Connecticut.
